The name Sun and Shield comes from Psalms 84:11-12

“For the Lord God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory. The Lord will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right.”

‭This perfectly reflects the heart behind this place. We are building more than a coffee shop — it will be a safe, welcoming space for community, where people can gather, talk, pray, worship, listen, heal, and just be.
